just nw steph & kc were asking me abt the nice nice restaurants which serve super duper yummilicious food! so i thot of sharing some info wif u all! :)

- Foie Gras- i dunno how to appreciate foie gras but my fren says its the best he tasted!
- Escargot & Prawns- i like it! rather filling though coz it has risotto..
- Oysters & Vichyssoise- hmmm..4got wats the taste le.. haha..
- Mushrooms (Soup)- i super love it!

- Tiger Prawn and Crab Pasta- the best pasta you cld ever eat!
- Beef Cheek
- Lamb Loin
Recommended Italian Red Wine
- Podere Il Palazzino Argenina Chianti Classico 2004- i find this red wine smooth & light, much to my liking!
Recommended Desserts
- Chocolate Fondant- crispy on the outside & moist in the inside wif warm chocolate oozing out! YUM!
- Strawberry Cheese Cake- nv tried b4 but thinks it looks gd..
- Lemon & Triple Cheese Bavarian- for ppl who dun reli fancy their dessert all too sweet!
NOTE: Sage changes some of the items on their menu every now & then.. so mayb some of the things i recommended may not b in the menu when u visit the restaurant..

i always go to canele.is my fav place for cakes.but e outlet tt i always go is at paragon.cos is more convenient.but e main outlet at robertson is not bad too.cos is bigger than paragon one.
u all definitely muz try e chocolat classique.is e best.i luv their strawberry tart.cos e strawberries are super fresh.dennis fav is gateaux chocolat.but some ppl may find it too chocolate.

try the le royale! i think its pretty gd! it has this thin layer of wafer.. just like kit kat! very nice!
